I. Distribution area

We only deliver to the following UK areas:

  • England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland.
  • Not available: Channel Islands , Isle of Man and other British Overseas Territories.

II. Order processing time

  • Working days are defined as Monday to Friday (except public holidays in the UK).
  • Processing time: All orders will be packed and delivered to the logistics company within 2-3 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Delayed notification: In case of inventory shortage or logistics problems, we will inform you of the latest progress through PlayPulseRc@outlook.com email.

III. Freight and delivery time (Shipping Costs & Delivery Times)

1. Standard distribution

  • Cost: £3.99
  • Time limit: 8-10 working days (from the date of shipment, excluding customs delay)
  • Applicable conditions: all orders that have not selected fast delivery

2. Fast delivery

  • Cost: £6.99
  • Time limit: 6-8 working days (from the date of shipment, excluding customs delay)
  • Applicable conditions: only for delivery areas

3. Free shipping policy

  • Standard delivery is free on orders over £100.

  • Remote areas (such as the Scottish Highlands and rural Northern Ireland) may be delayed by an additional 1-2 days.
  • The checkout page will automatically calculate the freight based on the weight/volume of the package (if adjusted).
  • Standard delivery fees and fast delivery fees are adjusted in real time according to market conditions.

IV. Tracking of parcels

  • After all orders are shipped, you will receive an email containing the logistics tracking number.
  • The package status can be queried through the real-time tracking section of the independent station order by means of the logistics tracking number:

V. Delivery delay or loss

  • Logistics responsibility: After the package is delivered to the logistics provider, the transportation risk shall be borne by the logistics provider.
  • If the package is not delivered within 7 days of the expected time limit, please contact PlayPulseRc@outlook.com and provide the tracking number. After confirming the loss, you can choose to get a full refund or re-send it for free (when inventory allows).

VI. Handling damaged packages

  • Check before receipt: Please check the integrity of the outer package. If obvious damage is found, you can refuse to receive it on the spot.
  • If you find any problems after receiving the goods, please provide photos and descriptions of the damaged goods to the customer service email within 48 hours after receiving the goods. We will provide replacement goods or refund free of charge (refer to the return policy).

VII. Modify the delivery address

  • Only the address can be modified before the order is shipped.
  • Send a request to PlayPulseRc@outlook.com with the order number and new address.
  • If the goods have been shipped, you need to contact the logistics provider yourself (additional charges may be incurred).

VIII.Environmental commitment

  • We use 100% recyclable packaging materials and prefer to work with low carbon logistics providers.
