I. Support channels
- Our customer service email is PlayPulseRc@outlook.com. You can consult about products, orders, after-sales service and other questions through this email. Please describe your problem in detail and attach the order number (if any) so that we can solve the problem quickly.
II. Support time
- Our customer support team is available from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, UK time. We will respond as soon as possible to any inquiries received during this period. Please note that our customer service team is closed on weekends. Emails sent over the weekend will be processed first on weekdays.
III. SUPPORTING CONTENTS
(1) Product consultation
- If you have any questions about the function, material and use of our remote control cars, boats, planes, tanks and other products, the customer service team will provide you with detailed answers, and can recommend suitable products according to your needs.
(2) Order assistance
- From consulting prices and promotions before placing an order, to handling payment and address issues during the process of placing an order, to tracking logistics after the completion of the order, customer service will assist you throughout the process. If there is any abnormal situation in the order, we will inform you in time and provide solutions.
(3) After-sales support
- If there is a quality problem or failure of the product, you can contact customer service to apply for return or exchange. We will deal with it according to our after-sales policy. If you have any questions about the after-sales policy, customer service will explain it in detail for you.
IV. Responding to commitments
- During the support period, email inquiries will be answered within 48 hours (usually faster). We strive to ensure that every customer's questions are satisfactorily resolved so that you can shop without worry.
